1. Validity of the terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders for goods placed on www.wooleys.com. The version of the terms and conditions published on the homepage at the time of the order is decisive.

The general terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. 

 

2. Contract area

In the company's online shop, deliveries of goods are only permitted in the United States.

 

3. Prices

The offer is valid while stocks last. All prices are given in US dollars. 

 

4. Conclusion of contract and withdrawal

All information on goods and prices on Wooley's website is subject to change and non-binding. By ordering via the homepage, the customer makes a binding offer. The company confirms the acceptance by e-mail to the customer. A contract is only concluded with this express acceptance and the customer is entitled to delivery of the goods. If the goods ordered by the customer are not available in the desired quantity or at the price stated on the website, the company will notify the customer as soon as possible. In this case, the contract is only valid when the customer confirms the corrected order again by email. Orders and agreements made by telephone are only valid if they are confirmed in writing or by e-mail.

In the event of typing, printing, or calculation errors on the homepage, the company is entitled to withdraw from the contract free of charge.

 

5. Payment

Payment for the ordered goods is made in advance by credit card.

 

6. Delivery

No shipping costs are charged for deliveries in the United States. Goods are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, subject to availability. Benefit and risk lie with the customer from the time the goods are handed over to the carrier.

 

7. Retention of Title

The goods delivered remain the property of Wooley's until all claims against the customer have been settled in full

 

8. Warranty

Wooley's guarantees to deliver the goods in perfect quality. Should there still be defects in the delivered goods, the customer is obliged to report the defects in writing within 7 days of delivery. After the defective goods have been returned, the customer will receive a replacement delivery. If a replacement delivery is not possible, the company will reimburse the payment made. In addition, any claim to a reduction in price, rescission or compensation for consequential damage caused by a defect is excluded, as far as legally permissible.

Changes by the manufacturer in the external design of the product (e.g. bottle or packaging) do not constitute a defect; The images shown on the homepage are for illustration purposes only and are non-binding. In addition, the customer forfeits any warranty rights in the event of improper use of the goods.

We are currently offering Free Shipping for orders over $50.00.

 

Order Processing Time All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

 

We are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Wooley's ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

 

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in-store. Items must be in *original condition within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from the date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Wooley's does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be included in your return packages.
